Costs Claimed by Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center Under National Institutes of Health Contract Number HHSN292200900002C Were Generally Allowable

Of $8.6 million claimed by Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center between October 1, 2008, and March 31, 2012, $8.5 million was allowable in accordance with applicable Federal regulations and contract agreements. During our audit period, Bayview identified unallowable depreciation and related indirect costs totaling $66,000 and refunded that amount to the Nation Institutes of Health. Therefore, we have no recommendations.
