The claims for part of two plan years from July 1, 2009, through June 30, 2010, and from July 1, 2010, through December 31, 2010, that the Chicago Regional Council of Carpenters Welfare Fund (the Fund) submitted to the Center for Consumer Information Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) for Early Retiree Reinsurance Program reimbursement of $1.6 million, and the Fund's subsequent use of the reimbursement, complied with Federal requirements and CCIIO guidance.
