Based on our assessment, we believe that Circle Family Health Care Network, Inc. (Circle Family), is financially viable and has the capacity to manage and account for Federal funds and to operate its health center in accordance with Federal regulations. Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Circle Family received two grants totaling $835,000.
