Allowability of Recovery Act Costs Claimed by Primary Health Care, Inc., for the Period March 27, 2009, Through March 26, 2011

From March 27, 2009, through March 26, 2011, Primary Health Care, Inc. (PHC), a community health center in Iowa, claimed $515,000 in costs under and Increased Demand for Services grant awarded under the provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. We determined that the $515,000 in claimed costs were allowable pursuant to applicable Federal regulations and the terms of the grant.
