Information Request on State Medicaid Agencies’ Perspectives of Managed Care Organizations’ Referrals of Fraud (OEI-03-23-00340)

The Office of Evaluation and Inspections, a component of the Office of Inspector General (OIG) for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is conducting an evaluation examining States’ perspectives of Medicaid managed care organizations’ (MCOs’) fraud referrals.

As part of this evaluation, HHS-OIG is emailing an information request to all State Medicaid Directors.  State Medicaid Directors will receive two e-mails from Matthew.Katz@oig.hhs.gov.  One email will contain a hyperlink and username for the Director’s State and the other email will contain the password the Director will need to access and complete the information request.
