Of the $21.56 million of targeted funds that we reviewed, the State agency complied with Federal requirements for the obligation and liquidation of $21.51 million for FYs 2007 through 2009. However, the State agency did not comply with Federal requirements for the use of $51,000 in CCDF targeted funds.
