For 487 of the 714 line items reviewed, Medicare payments that Noridian Administrative Services, LLC, made to providers in Jurisdiction 2 for full vials of Herceptin were incorrect and included overpayments totaling $567,000, which had not been refunded by the beginning of our audit.
