(HealthNow), a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) contractor, claimed $3.9 million of unallowable pension costs for Medicare reimbursement for fiscal years 1995 through 2006. HealthNow administered Medicare Part B and Durable Medical Equipment Regional Carrier under cost reimbursement contracts with CMS.
