Cahaba Government Benefit Administrators, LLC (Cahaba), a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) contractor, did not claim $374,000 of pension costs that were allowable for Medicare reimbursement for fiscal years 2003 through 2009. Cahaba administered Medicare Parts A and Part B operations under cost reimbursement contracts with CMS.
