Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia (BCBSGA), a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) contractor, claimed $618,000 of unallowable Medicare pension costs for fiscal years 2001 through 2005. BCBSGA administered Medicare Part A operations under cost reimbursement contracts with CMS.
