Wisconsin Physicians Service overpaid $655,000 for 462 Medicare payments for Neulasta injection claims submitted by 44 providers during calendar years 2004 through 2007. Of the $655,000 inappropriate Neulasta injection payments, a total of $647,000 for 461 claims remained outstanding at the start of our audit.
