The Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals' (State agency) claims processing system properly identified most physician family planning services eligible for Federal reimbursement at the enhanced 90-percent rate. However, the claims processing system erroneously identified certain physician lab tests and other services as family planning services, resulting in the State agency improperly claiming $124,000 of Federal reimbursement.
