Of $26.8 million of costs claimed by Neighborhood House Association (NHA) that we reviewed, the entire amount was allowable in accordance with the terms of the award and applicable Federal requirements. Additionally, NHA maintained adequate internal controls related to procurement to administer federally funded projects. However, NHA did not maintain adequate internal controls related to personnel, facilities, and subcontracts.
