Most of the Costs Claimed by Iowa State University Under American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 Grant Numbers 1RC2DA028879-01 and 5RC2DA028879-02 Were Allowable

While most of the costs claimed by Iowa State University (the grantee) were allowable, the grantee did not comply with Federal regulations and the terms of the grant when claiming $3,500 in costs that involved service center charges under National Institutes of Health (NIH) grants 1RC2DA028879-01 and 5RC2DA028879-02. (The grantee adjusted $2,500 of these costs during our fieldwork.)
