Medicare Compliance Review of Baylor All Saints Medical Center at Fort Worth for Calendar Years 2010 and 2011

Baylor All Saints Medical Center at Fort Worth (the Hospital) (operating in Texas) did not fully comply with Medicare billing requirements for 123 of the 244 inpatient and outpatient claims we reviewed, resulting in net overpayments totaling $372,000 for calendar years 2010 and 2011. These errors occurred primarily because the Hospital did not have adequate controls to prevent the incorrect billing of Medicare claims within the selected risk areas that contained errors.
