From January 1, 2011, through December 31, 2013, the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services (State agency) made incorrect electronic health record (ERD) incentive payments to one hospital totaling $175,000. We recommended that the State agency recover the overpayment and refund the $175,000 in EHR incentive payments. The State agency concurred with our recommendation.
