Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (the Association), a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) contractor, did not claim $351,000 of allowable Medicare pension costs on its final administrative cost proposals for fiscal years 1997 through 2010. The Association administered Medicare Part A operations under cost reimbursement contracts with CMS.
