Texas Claimed Unallowable Federal Reimbursement for Some Family Planning Services

For the period March 1, 2007, through September 30, 2008, the Texas Health and Human Services Commission claimed Medicaid reimbursement of at least $129,000 for family planning services provided by Planned Parenthood of North Texas that did not comply with Federal and State Medicaid requirements or the conditions of the Texas Women's Health Waiver, whichever was appropriate.
