On July 21, 2025, Woodlands Senior Living of Cape Elizabeth, LLC (Woodlands), Cape Elizabeth, Maine, agreed to pay $270,156 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that Woodlands employed an individual that it knew or should have known was excluded from participation in Federal health care programs.
