WellDyneRx and HillCour Agreed to Pay $7 Million for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Paying Remuneration for Services
After they self-disclosed conduct to OIG, WellDyneRx, LLC (WellDyneRx) and HillCour, Inc. (HillCour), Florida, agreed to pay $7,053,650 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law provisions applicable to kickbacks. OIG alleged that WellDyneRx and HillCour paid remuneration to an entity consisting of a percentage of the compensation WellDyneRx and HillCour received from a Florida Medicaid managed care plan for their provision of pharmacy benefit management services, mail order pharmacy services, and specialty pharmacy services to the Florida Medicaid managed care plan and its Medicaid managed care members that were paid for by the Florida Medicaid program.
