After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Wabash General Hospital (WGH), Mt. Carmel, Illinois, agreed to pay $107,328.86 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that WGH submitted claims for services provided by an unlicensed Emergency Medical Technician.
