Trilogy Pro Services Agreed to Pay $716,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Submitting False Claims for Prescription Refills
After they self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Trilogy Pro Services, LLC, Trilogy NuScript RX, LLC, PCA-Corrections, LLC; PCA Florida RX, LLC, PCA Iowa RX, LLC, and Trilogy Mission RX, LLC (collectively, “Trilogy”), Kentucky, agreed to pay $716,982.96 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that Trilogy submitted false claims for prescriptions that were not yet due to refilled by using later dispensed dates in claims to Medicare and Medicaid.
