After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, TidalHealth Nanticoke formerly known as Nanticoke Memorial Hospital (TidalHealth), Delaware, agreed to pay $179,725.61 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that Tidal Health submitted claims for nursing services provided by individuals who were not properly licensed.
