The Pointe Outpatient Behavioral Health Services Agreed to Pay $74,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Employing an Excluded Individual

After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG pursuant to their CIA, Pinnacle Point Behavioral Health System d/b/a The Pointe Outpatient Behavioral Health Services (The Pointe), Fordyce, Arkansas, agreed to pay $74,943.68 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that The Pointe employed an individual that it knew or should have known was excluded from participation in Federal health care programs.
