After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Tennyson Center for Children at Colorado Christian Home (Tennyson), Colorado, agreed to pay $20,161.23 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that Tennyson submitted claims for mental health services that were not provided as claimed due to inaccurate hours billed, billing for services that were not provided, or billing for services different from the services provided.
