SPARC Network Agreed to Pay $181,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Employing an Excluded Individual

On July 11, 2025, The SPARC Network (SPARC), Charlotte, North Carolina, agreed to pay $181,789.92 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that SPARC employed an individual that it knew or should have known was excluded from participation in Federal health care programs.
