After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, San Antonio Regional Hospital (SARH), Upland, California, agreed to pay $100,000 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that SARH paid remuneration to doctors in the form of free prior authorization services not provided to other physicians.
