Riviera Beach Behavior Support Assistant Arrested for Defrauding Medicaid Out of More Than $11,000
TALLAHASSEE, Fla.- Attorney General Pam Bondi's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit and the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office today arrested Janese Jiles, 29, for allegedly defrauding the Florida Medicaid program out of more than $11,000. According to the investigation, Jiles submitted fraudulent claims for services never rendered while employed by Positive Behavior Supports Corporation, a Medicaid provider.
