Riverside Recovery Services Was Excluded for Defaulting on Payment Obligations

On June 11, 2025, OIG excluded Riverside Recovery Services, LLC (Riverside), South Point, Ohio, for defaulting on their payment obligations under a Settlement Agreement (Agreement) with OIG. Riverside previously entered into the Agreement for employing an individual who was excluded from participating in any Federal health care programs. The exclusion goes into effect immediately and will remain in effect until OIG reinstates Riverside. In order to be eligible for reinstatement, Riverside must cure the default of their payment obligations in the Agreement.
