Resources for Human Development Agreed to Pay $405,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Employing an Excluded Individual

On October 13, 2022, Resources for Human Development (RHD), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, entered into a $405,886 settlement agreement with OIG. The settlement agreement resolves allegations that RHD employed an individual who was excluded from participating in any Federal health care program. OIG's investigation revealed that the excluded individual, a program manager, provided items or services that were billed to Federal health care programs.
