After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Refresh Mental Health, Inc. (Refresh), Florida, agreed to pay $338,258.15 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that Refresh submitted claims for transcranial magnetic stimulation and psychotherapy services under the NPI of an employed psychiatrist who did not appropriately supervise the services.
