Rashid Pervez, MD and North Central Ohio Health Care Agreed to Pay $698,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Submitting Claims for Bundled Services that Included Drugs that Were Not Purchased
On November 20, 2025, Rashid Pervez, M.D. (Dr. Pervez) and North Central Ohio Health Care, Inc. (NCOHC), Westerville, Ohio, entered into a $698,485.72 settlement agreement with OIG and the State of Ohio.
