Pyramid Healthcare Agreed to Pay $151,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Employing Excluded Individuals
After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Pyramid Healthcare, Inc. (Pyramid), Pennsylvania, agreed to pay $151,966.50 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that Pyramid employed three individuals that it knew or should have known were excluded from participation in Federal health care programs.
