After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Presence Central and Suburban Hospitals Network (PCSHN), Illinois, agreed to pay $174,421.05 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that PCSHN paid remuneration to certain physician practices in the form of the free use of space.
