After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Ohio North East Health Systems, Inc. d/b/a ONE Health Ohio (ONE), Youngstown, Ohio, agreed to pay $24,260.04 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that ONE submitted false claims to Medicare and Medicaid for individual psychotherapy services purportedly rendered using CPT Code 90832 that were not performed for the minimum duration required by this time-based code.
