Nursing Director Indicted for Assaulting Resident at Rehabilitation Center, Attempted Cover-Up

TRENTON — Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin, the Division of Criminal Justice (DCJ), and the Office of the Insurance Fraud Prosecutor (OIFP) announced today that the director of nursing at a rehabilitation center in Ocean County, New Jersey, was arraigned on charges of assaulting one of the facility’s residents and attempting to cover it up.
