After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, MP Primary Care Services, LLC (MPPC), Avon Park, Florida, agreed to pay $72,802.65 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that MPPC submitted claims for psychiatric mental health services that were not actually provided.
