Madison Heights Nurse Charged With Practicing Medicine Without A License, Falsifying Medical Records

LANSING – Today, Antonio Serraon, 55, of Warren, was arraigned in the 43rd District Court in Madison Heights before Magistrate Michael G. Mitchell on one count of Placing Misleading or Inaccurate Information in Medical Records or Charts and one count of Unauthorized Practice of a Health Profession, announced Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel. Both offenses are felonies.
