Dennis, Special Agent in Charge, United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Inspector General, Miami Region, announced the indictment of defendants Gloria Nereida Valle-Clas, 48, and Alexander Gonzalez, 40, of Loxahatchee, Florida.
