After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, LI Urgent Care P.C. (LI Urgent Care), New York, agreed to pay $44,161.32 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that LI Urgent Care submitted claims for services provided by physician assistants that did not meet the requirements to be billed incident to a physician’s services.
