Jeffrey Parnell, Stanley Jones, and LGRB Management Services Agreed to Be Excluded for 10 Years for Allegedly Paying Improper Remuneration

On May 27, 2025, in connection with the resolution of their False Claims Act liability, Jeffrey Parnell (Parnell), Stanley Jones (Jones), and LGRB Management Services LLC (LGRB), San Antonio, Texas, agreed to be excluded under 42 U.S.C. 1320a-7(b)(7) for 10 years. The investigation revealed and OIG alleged that Parnell, Jones, and LGRB paid kickbacks to doctors in the form of purported investment returns from a managed service organization to induce the doctor’s laboratory testing referrals.
