After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Interim HealthCare of Southeastern Colorado (Interim), Colorado, agreed to pay $308,312.38 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that Interim submitted claims for payment to Medicare and Colorado Medicaid that were based on falsified physician orders.
