After it self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Sidaka’s Pharmacy d/b/a Hope Pharmacy (Hope), California, agreed to pay $100,000 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that Hope routinely waived co-payments without regard to financial need when it dispensed Zegerid OTC® to Medicare beneficiaries.
