Home health agency owner sentenced to more than six years in Medicare fraud and identity theft scheme

HOUSTON ñ A 64-year-old man has been ordered to federal prison after his conviction on all counts as charged for leading a Medicare fraud scheme involving the submission of falsified medical records, announced U.S. Attorney Nicholas J. Ganjei.
