H. Brady Millican, III Agreed to Be Excluded for 3 Years for Allegedly Paying Improper Remuneration

On December 9, 2025, in connection with the resolution of his False Claims Act liability, H. Brady Millican, III (Millican), Lakeland, Florida, agreed to be excluded under 42 U.S.C. 1320a-7(b)(7) for three years. Millican was employed by Admera Health, LLC (Admera), a genetic testing laboratory located in New Jersey. The investigation revealed and OIG alleged that Millican, on behalf of Admera, paid marketers commission payments that were determined in a manner that took into account the volume and value of genetic testing referrals for which payment was made by Federal health care programs.
