Florida Physician Assistant Pleads Guilty To A $7.3 Million Health Care Fraud Conspiracy
CONCORD – A Florida man pleaded guilty today in federal court in Concord for his role in a conspiracy to defraud Medicare of $7.3 million, U.S. Attorney Jane E. Young announces. Shane Jordan, 38, of Orlando, Florida, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit health care fraud. U.S. District Court Judge Joseph Laplante scheduled sentencing for March 13, 2025. Jordan was charged on September 20, 2024.
