Carla Jackson Agreed to Be Excluded for7 Years for Allegedly Receiving Improper Remuneration
On January 12, 2024, Carla T. Jackson (Jackson), Syracuse, New York, agreed to be excluded from participation in all Federal health care programs for seven years under 42 U.S.C. 1320a-7(b)(7). OIG’s investigation revealed that Jackson received remuneration in the form of cash in exchange for referrals of Medicaid beneficiaries for transportation services.
