Camden-Clark Physician Corporation and Parkersburg Cardiology Associates Agreed to Pay $155,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Submitting Claims for Incident-to Services Without Proper Supervision
After they self-disclosed conduct to OIG, Camden-Clark Physician Corporation (Camden-Clark), and Parkersburg Cardiology Associates, Inc. (PCA), West Virginia, agreed to pay $155,245.50 for allegedly violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law. OIG alleged that Camden-Clark billed for services of PCA physicians that were performed by mid-level practitioners and were not provided in compliance with the incident-to billing rules.
