TALLAHASSEE, Fla.—Attorney General Ashley Moody’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit and the Broward Sheriff’s Office today arrested Andrew James Jones and Johanna Courts for falsely billing the Florida Medicaid program for services not rendered.
