Attorney General Josh Stein Announces Health Care Fraud Sentencings
(RALEIGH) Attorney General Josh Stein announced today that Luis Angel Lozada of Clayton was sentenced to 70 months in prison and three years of supervised release, and Humberto Mercado was sentenced to 15 months in prison, three years of supervised release after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit health care fraud.
